The Peri-Menopause programme is a 28-day whole body hormone reset programme, specifically designed to balance hormones in women aged 40+ no matter whether you are peri-menopausal, menopausal or even post-menopausal.

Why the Peri-Menopause Programme

Every woman at some point in her life will go through this transitional change.  And every woman should prepare for a healthy transition to stay healthy and strong throughout their latter years.

Living in a very fast paced environment, sometimes the changes in your body can creep up and happen so quickly that you don’t recognise yourself anymore. 

Are you experiencing sleepless nights, mood swings, hot flashes, weigh-gain?

Do you feel lost, confused, alone?

This programme goes beyond hot flashes and the cessation of your periods.  There are many more important key body-system changes that happen around the Menopause which, if not balanced and addressed, can put you at risk of severe chronic disease later down the line.  

This programme is your chance to sit down and address these system changes.  There is lots you can do to prepare and support yourself and whether you choose hormone replacement therapy or not, supporting these key-body systems will help you set the foundation for good health.

Programme Aims

The aim of this course is to give you a kickstart in resetting your hormones.  You'll do this by changing the terrain of your internal environment through good nutrition, targeted symptom support and lifestyle changes, giving yourself the support you need for a natural menopause transition.

 

This is your chance to sit down and assess your life, any symptoms you are experiencing, plus reviewing your diet and lifestyle to pinpoint where you are.  You'll get information about additional functional tests that can help you get more clarity should you wish to delve deeper.

I will be there throughout this journey, to listen to you and guide you through this important process.  I will provide you with an easy to follow plan so that you are able to address key concerns and start to sync your body to its natural rhythms.

  • wanting to get your body and mind in the best place possible 

  • eager to support the body naturally through the peri menopausal and menopausal years 

  • ready for a clean and healthy eating plan that you can still enjoy over the Christmas and New Year period, helping you stay on the wagon and start the New Year with a BANG!

What the program involves

This is an interactive group workshop style course. 

 

You will be following a 28 day eating plan based on nourishing, tasty, whole foods that are amazingly good for you, with an emphasis on hormone and blood sugar balancing.  The eating plan can be incorporated as part of a maintenance programme ensuring you get long term momentum.  

 

You will be taking out the usual suspects that zap your energy.  You'll be creating good habits and rituals whilst having a strong supportive system around you, to allow you make adaptations to your routine in an easy and fun way.  

What the program is not:

  • A quick fix for all your health problems.  Trying to treat years, if not decades, of imbalance in 28 days is unrealistic.  What you can do is start to re-set the foundation, which is good nutrition, and creating habits and rituals that help you manage your lifestyle in a way that builds wellness.

  • A weight-loss diet.  This program is about having good highly nutritious, fun and tasty food.  When the body returns to its balance, weight-loss is a natural side-effect.

  • Another course you book but don’t fully engage.  If you play full out and you will start to feel yourself and get stronger throughout the process. 

Why this programme is different

When I first started to feel the symptoms of peri-menopause and feel my body start to change, I dug my head in the sand.  I was afraid of losing my youth and growing old. There was so much more I wanted to do in my life and I wasn’t ready for this change.  I wish I had done things differently and taken the “bull by the horns” because the quality of my life would have been so much better.  However, lessons learned the hard way.  I made important changes to my nutrition and lifestyle so I was able to “feel alive” again.  I started to feel more energetic, have clarity of mind and actually feel ready for compelling future and my most of all, I got my body back.  This course, combines my personal strategies around sound nutritional support, key lifestyle tips and directed supplements, to help you start to get your body and mind back!  

 

The program is:

  • Easy to implement.  It is not about dieting, measuring calories or unsustainable eating patterns.  

  • Its about cleaning up your nutrition and re-balancing your metabolism - you will not feel hungry and the eating plan is designed so that you can continue to eat the same way.

  • 5 ONE hour weekly ZOOM interactive sessions that educate and guide you through the process (Wednesday evenings at 7pm).  A copy of the recording will be posted in the Private Facebook Group.
